It is also critical that voters continue to see contrast messaging on YouTube, CTV/OTT, and in the mail (for people who have voted in at least 1 of the last 4 Democratic primaries, as well as newly registered Democratic voters), as well as positive messaging on Meta and Google Search.

With so much on the line, we can’t leave anything to chance. We need a fighter with a proven track record of winning and standing up for our values.
The most effective messages voters need to know about Manny Rutinel’s record:
- Rutinel voted for massive budget cuts to Medicaid and home health care – while voting to raise his own pay.
- Rutinel voted against holding convicted felons accountable for forcing children to be sold for sex.
- Rutinel took over $100,000 from an AI company that works with the government contractor behind the surveillance technology ICE uses to round people up.
